Travelmode is an AI-powered travel planning platform that helps users plan trips, generate itineraries, and discover destinations. The Service uses artificial intelligence to provide travel recommendations. These recommendations are generated suggestions and should not be treated as professional travel advice.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Infringe upon the rights of others.
• Transmit any harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its systems.

5. User Content

By submitting User Content, you grant Travelmode a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and process your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service. You may delete your User Content at any time, which will remove it from the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are owned by Travelmode and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

7. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence, including third-party AI services such as OpenAI, to generate travel recommendations, itineraries, and other content. AI-generated content is provided "as is" and may contain inaccuracies. You should independently verify any information, recommendations, or suggestions before relying on them. Travelmode is not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated content.

8. Payment Terms

Certain features of the Service may require payment. All payments are processed through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Travel information, including prices, availability, and conditions, may change without notice and is not guaranteed to be accurate.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Travelmode and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Travelmode and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may also delete your account at any time. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
